Access to Trainers, Assessors and Other Assess to Lift Staff

Who can contact trainers, assessors and other RTO staff?

Assess to lift is committed to transparancy which includes easy access to trainers, assessors and other Registered Training Organisation staff. Any person involved in a course or with a vested interest in what we do can contact us. This includes but is not limited to:


·        Past, present and future students

·        Persons acting on behalf of a past, present or future student (guardians, social workers etc)

·        Job service providers

·        Disability employment service providers

·        Employers

·        Industry representatives

·        Government agencies and/or their representatives


Why would a person want to talk to Assess to Lift’s trainers, assessors or RTO staff?

Students and third parties may wish to speak with trainers, assessors or other RTO staff for a number of reasons. This could include things like:


·        Assistance with enrolment (for example choosing a suitable course)

·        Locating USI numbers, registering for a High-Risk Work Licence assessment with Service NSW etc

·        To discuss special requirements or specific learning needs

·        Tutorial support

·        Reasonable adjustments

·        Health and wellbeing support

·        To communicate any other concerns, comments or information


How can someone access trainers, assessors or other RTO staff?

Any student enrolled in face-to-face programs may talk directly to their course facilitator throughout the duration of the face-to-face components of their learning program.

Administration staff are also available in person on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9.30am-4.00pm. Students wishing to speak with administration staff may raise the request with their course facilitator who will arrange this for them in a timely manner.

Phone calls, emails and messages will be responded to within a 24 hour period on a standard business day by the appropriate person.
