This is the Nationally Recognised Training course that you need to successfully complete to get a forklift licence. All forklift operators must have a High-Risk Work Licence  (HRWL) or be in a training program to legally drive a forklift.

You will learn how to operate a forklift safely and how to meet your legal obligations under WHS legislation with this best value, top of the line course.

What will I Learn?

 Current WHS duty of care requirements

• Current hazard identification, risk assessment, and control procedures

• Current forklift pre-operational checks       

• Current load shifting procedures

• Traffic management systems

• Current shutdown procedures

All Forklift Licence Courses Require You to:


• Be at least 18 years old

Be free of any medications or medical conditions that would affect your ability to operate safely

• Be able to supply 100 points of original identification (EOI)

        • Be able to supply a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number

        • Be capable of being assessed in the English language

        • Wear enclosed shoes to your course

     • Complete the Enrolment Application Form ahead of starting your course

How Will I be Assessed?


Students need to successfully complete two assessments that will test their:

         • Knowledge and basic maths

         • Practical skills

The first assessment will be completed over the training session which must be successfully completed to progress to the licencing assessment on the final day of the training and assessment course.

What do I get when I finish a Foklift licence course


On Successful Completion of the Course, Students Will Receive:


• A Statement of Attainment (nationally recognised certification)

           • A Statement of Training Completion (required by Safework NSW)

           • A Notice of Satisfactory Assessment to be lodged for the creation of a HRW Licence card

What do I bring to the Course?


• 100 points of approved identification (we require this for you to sit a licencing assessment)

• Enclosed shoes (protective footwear is not required)

• A sun hat for outdoor training activities is highly recommended

Step 1

Read through the course information above and the Student Handbook to make sure this course suits your individual needs

Step 3

Enter your personal details, email address and phone number. Please make sure these are correct as we will use this to contact you

Process your payment (we have secure payment through Paypal or credit card) or upload a purchase order/authority to invoice

Step 5

You will receive a booking confirmation email as soon as you book. Complete the application form within 48 hours of booking

Step 6

Review the Study Guide included in your confirmation email and arrive 15 minutes early on the morning of your course
